These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of printprecisepro.com and related services operated by [Legal business name], doing business as Antlers & Iron and/or Print Precise Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, creating an account, requesting a quote, uploading artwork, approving a proof, placing an order, or contacting us through the site, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
1. Who May Use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order or enter into these Terms. If you use the site on behalf of a company, school, team, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity and submit artwork or order details on its behalf.
2. Accounts
You may need an account to place orders, view order history, approve proofs, save addresses, or access customer tools. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or restrict accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or otherwise harmful to customers, the business, or the site.
3. Products, Quotes, and Custom Orders
We sell and quote custom-printed shirts, long sleeves, hoodies, and related apparel products. Product availability, colors, sizes, blanks, pricing, print locations, and production options may change based on inventory, supplier availability, production feasibility, artwork quality, and business needs.
Product pages may support self-serve standard orders. Larger, deadline-driven, complex, or business orders may require a custom quote. A quote is not final until accepted according to the instructions we provide.
We may decline or cancel orders that are not feasible, violate these Terms, involve prohibited content, appear fraudulent, or cannot be produced to a reasonable quality standard.
4. Pricing, Taxes, Shipping, and Errors
We try to display accurate pricing, product information, and availability, but errors can happen. We may correct errors, update pricing, reject orders, or cancel orders affected by a clear mistake before production begins.
Taxes, shipping, and final totals may depend on shipping location, selected products, quantity, payment method, and applicable law. Where estimates are shown, the final amount may change before checkout or invoice acceptance.
5. Payment
Payment may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize the applicable payment processor and us to charge the amount shown or accepted for the order, quote, invoice, shipping, taxes, and related fees.
We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our servers. Payment processors may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Production may not begin until required payment, order details, artwork, and proof approval steps are complete.
6. Proofs and Approval
Many custom orders require a digital proof before production. Proofs may show artwork placement, approximate size, layout, color expectations, and production notes.
You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully before approval, including spelling, names, numbers, dates, colors, placement, sizing, print location, quantity, product selection, and shipping details. Once you approve a proof, production may begin based on that approval.
Digital previews and proofs are approximations. Actual product color, garment texture, print color, placement, and scale may vary due to screen settings, garment characteristics, production method, and manufacturing tolerances.
If you request revisions, production timing may change.
7. Artwork, Rights, and Customer Content
You retain ownership of artwork and content you submit, subject to the license below.
By uploading or submitting artwork, logos, names, likenesses, trademarks, copyrighted works, designs, slogans, files, notes, or other content ("Customer Content"), you represent that:
- You own the Customer Content or have all rights and permissions needed to submit it.
- Our use of the Customer Content to quote, proof, produce, ship, display internally, and support your order will not violate any law or third-party rights.
- The Customer Content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify for production needs, store, display internally, transmit to service providers, and otherwise process Customer Content as needed to quote, proof, produce, fulfill, support, document, and manage your order or account.
We may refuse or cancel orders involving content that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually exploitative, deceptive, unsafe, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise inappropriate for production.
8. Custom Products, Changes, Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Custom products are made for a specific customer, design, quantity, and use. Because of that, standard retail returns generally do not apply once production begins.
You may request a change or cancellation before production begins, but we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible. If materials have been ordered, work has started, proofs have been prepared, or production has begun, charges may apply.
We review issues involving production defects, incorrect items, shipping damage, or material mismatches from the approved proof. If there is a problem, contact us promptly with your order number, photos, packaging details when relevant, and a description of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, correction, refund, credit, or other appropriate resolution.
We are not responsible for errors that were present in customer-submitted artwork or approved proofs, including spelling mistakes, incorrect names or numbers, low-resolution files, missing permissions, wrong quantities, or incorrect product selections.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Production and shipping timelines are estimates unless we expressly confirm a deadline in writing. Timing may depend on product availability, artwork readiness, proof approval, payment, order size, production capacity, carrier performance, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
If we advertise or agree to a shipping or delivery timeframe, we must have a reasonable basis for that timeframe. If delay issues arise, we will communicate as required by applicable law and business practice.
Risk of loss may transfer according to the carrier's delivery rules and applicable law once an order is handed to the carrier, but we will review carrier damage or delivery issues when properly reported.
10. Prohibited Site Use
You may not:
- Use the site for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt to access accounts, admin tools, databases, storage, systems, or data without permission.
- Interfere with site security, rate limits, payment systems, or production operations.
- Upload malicious files, scripts, executable code, or files that violate upload requirements.
- Scrape, copy, or misuse site content in a way that harms the site or business.
- Submit false order, quote, payment, shipping, identity, or rights information.
11. Our Intellectual Property
The site, brand assets, designs, text, graphics, logos, software, layout, product photography, and other materials we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site only for its intended customer purposes.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
12. Copyright and Intellectual-Property Complaints
If you believe content submitted through the site infringes your rights, contact us at [Support email] with enough information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing content, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
We may remove or decline content and may terminate accounts that repeatedly submit infringing material.
13. Third-Party Services
The site may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, security, shipping, analytics, email, and other operations. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services except where applicable law says otherwise.
14. No Warranty
The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and exact color, placement, or production matching.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, business interruption, or loss of data, even if we were advised of the possibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your Customer Content, your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.
17. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Venue
Before filing a claim, please contact us at [Support email] so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in [County, State], and both parties consent to that venue and jurisdiction.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the site with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
